HANCOCK COUNTY — Eastern Hancock High School senior Joey Blocher had a few extra fans in the bleachers during his recent Senior Night swim meet. Joey’s father, former Indiana State Police Sergeant Mitch Blocher, passed away Jan. 2, 2021. Troopers wanted to support Joey and the rest of his family and assure them they will continue to receive this kind of love and support from their ISP family forever.
