GREENFIELD – A Hancock County native who never thought of herself as creative is now a celebrated bead artist in Indiana and has two intricate ornaments on display at the Indiana State Museum’s 92-County Tree.

HANCOCK COUNTY – Viewing lights every December is a beloved holiday tradition, and you don’t have to travel far to see some festive displays.

Eastern Hancock fifth graders got a special history lesson from “Paul Revere” last Friday, who warned them that the British are coming. Madelyn Survant, an Eastern Hancock junior, is a daughter of one of the elementary school’s teachers. She rode her horse to school that day, kept it in the school corporation’s ag barn and rode it home after school.
