Marquis Shafter Art Cunningham, resisting law enforcement, driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
Kevin Luis Robleto, operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Joseph Franklin Merritt, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.
Amanda McCorkle, battery, unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle.
James Michael Richards, domestic battery (two counts).
Daniel Alyea, cruelty to an animal.
July 23
Jamie Tyler Baker, resisting law enforcement (two counts).
July 24
Philip Hayden Dieterle, possession of methamphetamine, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, false identity statement with intent to mislead public safety officers.
De Eron Lenae Hunt, operating a vehicle with suspended registration, driving while suspended. Peyton Len Covington, reckless driving at unreasonable speed.
Justin Michael Dye, invasion of privacy (three counts).

Ricky Inzer Sanders, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction.
