Fourteen patio homes will be added to Springhurst Health Campus in Greenfield; construction begins in October.

GREENFIELD – Springhurst Health Campus will expand its senior living services in Greenfield, Trilogy Health Services recently announced in a press release.
The community is located on North Meridian Road, on Greenfield’s west side. As part of the expansion in Greenfield, Trilogy will add 14 patio homes to Springhurst Health Campus. The expansion is scheduled to begin in October 2024. Universal Design Associates has been selected as the architecture firm for the project.
In the past five years, Springhurst Health Campus has maintained a 98% occupancy rate, underscoring the increasing demand for senior living facilities and services.
The investment aims to address the growing demand for senior living accommodations and services. It is part of a bigger investment the company is making across the Midwest to senior living and assisted living services. In addition to the investment at Springhurst Health Campus, Trilogy is also set to break ground on expansions in Mooresville; Noblesville; Sylvania, Ohio; Portage, Mich.; Harrodsburg, Ky.; and Ottawa, Ohio.
