HANCOCK COUNTY – The Hancock County residential real estate market saw home sale prices continuing to increase in November.
According to F.C. Tucker Company, the year-to-date home sale price increased 4% to $339,321. Available housing inventory decreased 28.1% compared to this time last year. Pended housing sales were down 40.2% compared to November 2022.
Across the central-Indiana region, available housing inventory increased 2.1% compared to November 2022. Compared to November 2022, the average home sale price for the 16-county region decreased, down 6.7$ to $290,020. The year-to-date home sale price increased slightly, up 5.7%. Pended home sales decreased, down 11.5% across the region compared to this time last year.
