GREENFIELD – The community is invited to bring carved pumpkins to the James Whitcomb Riley Boyhood Home on Oct. 22 to participate in the annual Jackolantern Festival.
Bring a pumpkin between noon and 5 p.m. Sunday to enter the display and contest. There will be prizes for various age categories. The pumpkins on display in the gardens of the home are lit each evening, and people may walk around for free between 7-9 p.m. Oct. 22-31 and vote on their favorite pumpkins. The home is located at 250 W. Main St., Greenfield.
