GREENFIELD
Diana Sue “Susie” (McCorkle) Frazier, age 65, of Greenfield, passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at Brickyard Healthcare in Greenfield. She was born in Rushville on January 3, 1958 to Norman and Betty (Souder) McCorkle.
In her younger years, Susie attended Greenfield Christian Church and was baptized there. She enjoyed crafts and making baskets. She was an artist and was known as “Susie Homemaker.” She loved being around her grandkids and enjoyed helping raise them. They were the light of her life.
Susie is survived by her children, Michael Frazier of Batesville, IN, Matthew (Suzzanne Lowe) Frazier of Markleville, IN, Creedon (Jaimeson) McCarthy of Greenfield, and Cameron (Emily) McCarthy of Greenfield; five grandchildren, Haven Frazier, Macey Frazier, Lincoln Frazier, Jax McCarthy, and Otis McCarthy; siblings, Deborah McCorkle of Las Vegas, NV, Doug (Melanie) McCorkle of Bargersville, IN, and Dave (Carol) McCorkle of Greenfield; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Betty McCorkle; and grandson, Chance Frazier.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary &Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown.
