Christine K. Pettigrew, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.
Dillon David Reed, public nudity (two counts).
Brian Ellsworth Montanio, battery by bodily waste/victim is a public safety officer, resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct, public intoxication.
Erik J. Hall, strangulation, domestic battery.
Aug. 8
Kayvion Maurice English, resisting law enforcement.
Megan F. Barnett, theft.
Walker Lewis Bean, possession of marijuana, workzone speeding (workers not present).
Caleb Nathaniel Brade, possession of marijuana, paraphernalia.
Kentrail D. Small, possession of marijuana.
Brandy Renee Holden, driving while suspended with a prior conviction.

Onnaca M. Wethington, criminal trespass.
Aug. 10
Warren Theopolis Offuitt Jr., operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, possession of marijuana, driving while suspended.
Laquell King, strangulation, domestic battery.
Chad Michael White, resisting law enforcement.
Aug. 11
Kimberly A. Arwani, confinement, possession of a narcotic drug, domestic battery, unauthorized entry of a vehicle.
Melissa M. Arkenau, domestic battery.
Joseph E. Ritter, invasion of privacy.
