The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:
April 6
Jonathan Baker pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with four days executed and 361 days suspended; 361 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $768.
Andrew Zimpleman pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy; sentenced to 365 days in jail with two days executed and 363 days suspended; 363 days formal probation. Fine and cost: $168.
Dillon K. Haschel pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession; sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days executed. Fine and cost: $168.
