Nicole Frances Watson, age 22, of Greenfield, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020. She was born in Indianapolis on August 3, 1998 to William and Lois (Nelson) Watson. Nicole graduated from Greenfield-Central High School in 2017. She was a senior at Indiana University and would be graduating in the Spring of 2021 with a major in pharmaceutical sales and a minor in marketing.She worked at Finish Line in Castleton. Nicole was a member of Realife Church. She enjoyed running, exercising, and was very social. Nicole loved spending time walking with her second cousins, Abigail and Raelynn.
Nicole is survived by her parents, Lois and Bill Watson; twin brother, Nathan Watson; sister, Kaitlyn (Joseph Fathalla) Wadman; uncle, Keith (Glenda) Nelson; aunts, Shirley (Ken) Swanson, Linda (Mark) Wadman; and Kay (Bob) Flanders; great grandmas, Helen Knight and Concetta Thompson; great uncle, James Thompson; great aunt, Shirley (Dave) Shoen; great-great uncle, Tom Ladyman; and many cousins, great cousins, and loving friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kenneth and Mabel Nelson; grandma, Janet Bault; grandpa, William Bault; uncles, Eugene Nelson and James “JR” Bault; and great grandpas, Frank Knight and Lewis Franklin Thompson.
A gathering will be held on Monday, December 21, 2020, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Realife Church, 971 W. US Hwy 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will immediately take place following the gathering at 6:00 p.m. Pastor Adam Detamore will be officiating. The family encourages guests to wear colorful clothes to celebrate her vibrant colorful life. As a reminder, the government mandate requires guests to wear masks and please practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made by mail to the Greenfield-Central High School Athletic Department — Cross Country Team, 810 N.
