GREENFIELD — Hancock Health is conducting a community health needs assessment, a survey aimed at identifying “needs, barriers and gaps in services, and helps to identify opportunities for growth and focused efforts to improve our overall health status.”
The survey is conducted every three years and is open to anyone who lives or works in Hancock County.
