McCORDSVILLE — American Legion Post 119 will conduct a service honoring U.S. Marine Michael Terry at 6 p.m. Oct. 12 at Hancock County Vietnam Memorial Park, a mile south of Greenfield on State Road 9.
Terry, a McCordsville resident, was killed in action in Vietnam on Oct. 12, 1969.
As no remaining family members have been located for Pfc. Terry, the public is invited honor his sacrifice on the 50-year anniversary of his death.
