GREENFIELD
Nancy (Glenn) Holder passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024. She was 78 years old. Nancy was born in Shelbyville, Indiana on December 7, 1945 to Joseph and Jewell M. Glenn. She graduated from Mount Comfort High School in 1963. On June 12, 1965 she married Jim Holder at the Mount Comfort Methodist Church.
They were blessed with a daughter, Bethann on December 13, 1968. During their married life they enjoyed traveling, visiting forty-nine states. They enjoyed fifty years of marriage until Jim’s passing in 2015. Nancy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, eating out, watching game shows, gardening, and doing crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her daughter, Bethann Cole; son-in-law, Scott Cole; grandson, Alex Cole; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Jewell M. Glenn; husband, Jim Holder; sister, Betty Rodebeck; and brother, Robert Glenn.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary &Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the mortuary. Pastor Marianne Nichols will be officiating. Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis, Indiana.
