INDIANAPOLIS
Craig R. Redstone, 40 of Indianapolis, IN, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 31, 2024. He was born on October 20, 1984, in Fort Stewart, Georgia to his parents, James Redstone &Tammy (Jackson) Crawley. Craig graduated from Lawton, OK – MacArthur High School in 2003.
At home, Craig was a loving husband to his wife, Brittany, whom he married on September 15, 2012. He was also a devoted father to his son, Jeffrey. The time he was able to be with Brittany and Jeffrey was filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished moments. Craig was born into a family that valued hard work and humor, traits that he carried throughout his life. He enjoyed collecting hats, adding to his collection anytime he could. Craig also enjoyed spending time working with his hands outside, his motto was “Git-R-Done,” approaching every challenge or task with determination and a can-do attitude that inspired those around him. If you knew Craig, you know he loved a good meal. His Facebook feed was a culinary journey of hearty meals, but everyone was always amazed at how he’s always remained mysteriously thin.
Craig is survived by his wife, Brittany Redstone; son, Jeffrey Allen Redstone; parents, James Redstone and Tammy Crawley; brothers, Jimmy (Lisa) Redstone; Mike (Kim) Redstone; sister, Johanna (Konstantin) Semerikov; grandmother, Joyce Jackson; and several nieces and nephews. Craig is preceded in death by his stepmother, Janet Redstone.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Sunday, November 10, 2024, from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at Erlewein Mortuary &Crematory, 1484 W. US 40, Greenfield, IN 46140.
