Cops-4-Kids needs local donations

GREENFIELD – The Greenfield Police Department is currently accepting donations for its annual Cops-4-Kids event.

The program provides breakfast for local children and a shopping trip. The goal is to spend $350 on each of the 40 children to help kids get clothing and toys they may not otherwise receive at Christmastime. It’s also a way for officers to positively interact with children of Greenfield. The program is funded solely by donations.

Donations are accepted now through Dec. 11. Checks may be made payable to Cops-4-Kids and mailed to the Greenfield Police Department at 116 S. State St., Greenfield, IN 46140.
