To the Editor:
I’ve been watching the current construction of the “Literary Trail” in downtown Greenfield with a mixture of curiosity and concern. I am curious as to who originated this idea and who is paying for the work? I am concerned that this will have a negative effect on businesses, parking, church and public buildings. I have yet to hear any positive comments from Greenfield residents. How does this represent the people of Greenfield and not just a few special interests?
