GREENFIELD—The Hancock County Public Library is offering trick or treating for gift cards to local businesses.

From Oct. 21 to Oct. 31, checking out at least five books per day entitles a library card-holder to draw a prize from the “All Treats, No Tricks” bag while supplies last. Prizes will include gift cards to local businesses. All physical and digital book checkouts count toward the giveaway. Patrons must show their receipts (or device for eBooks) at the information desk.

The “Booo-ky Season” program is available at both locations: the central library at 900 W. McKenzie Road, Greenfield; and the Sugar Creek Branch, 5731 W. U.S. 52, New Palestine. Visit hcplibrary.org for more.
