GREENFIELD
Vicki Kay Wagner, age 72, of Greenfield, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at Springhurst Health Campus in Greenfield, Indiana. She was born in New Palestine, Indiana on May 20, 1952 to Verle and Gertrude (Meier) Combs. She graduated from New Palestine High School in 1971.
She worked for Community Hospitals in Indianapolis, Indiana for several years as a telephone operator. Vicki then spent her time at Home Depot in Greenfield, Indiana working in the customer service department. In her free time, Vicki enjoyed watching the game show channel and going to thrift stores. She also loved spending time with her two dogs.
She is survived by her children, Lisa (Daniel) Sheely and Gloria “Susie” (Denny) Howard; eight grandchildren, Christian, Sydney, Nori, Codey, Courtney, Isabella, Sebastian, and Ian; and nine great-grandchildren, Grace, Rylan, Liam, Denver, Sawyer, Adalyn, Blakely, Anney, and Gatlin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Verle and Gertrude Combs; daughter, Lori Stansbury; and brother, Rick Combs.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 7, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held immediately after the visitation at 6:00 p.m. at the mortuary. Pastor Tara Varner will be officiating.
