GREENFIELD
George Ronald “Ron” Holden, age 66, went to be with Jesus on May 16, 2024. Ron was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to George Jack and Gladys Marie (Rice) Holden. Ron spent his early years in Greenfield, Indiana and later moved to Folsom, California.
Ron loved animals and had a passion for nature. He enjoyed many adventures on the American River and he appreciated every breath of fresh air God gave him. Ron treasured his family and friends. Along with a kind disposition and keen sense of humor, he had a compassionate spirit that touched so many lives.
Ron’s siblings include his brother Larry (Norma) Holden and sisters Jacqueline (Ray) Doerschlen, Valerie (Craig) Michael, Debra (Larry) Holdorf, Sara (Ron) Richardson, and Rebecca (Sam Mims) Holden.
Ron will be laid to rest alongside family at Anderson Cemetery in Indianapolis, Indiana on September 21, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Ron is missed beyond measure and will forever be close to our hearts.
