Debra “Debbie” Katherine Davidson, age 70 of New Palestine, Indiana passed away on Monday morning, September 9, 2024 at her residence.
Debbie was born on March 28, 1954 in Indianapolis, Indiana, a daughter of Earl Venard and Gladys Marie (Lamb) Anderson. She is preceded in death by her parents.
She married Joseph Greg Davidson on October 17, 1970 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is survived by her husband of 53 years: Greg Davidson of New Palestine Indiana.
Debbie is also survived by her four children: Michelle (husband Joseph) Rennier of Greenfield, Indiana, Gregory (wife Courtney) Davidson of Greenfield, Indiana, Daniel Davidson of New Palestine, and Michael Davidson of New Palestine, Indiana
Ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and one great granddaughter on the way that Debbie was very excited to meet in February.
She is also survived by one sister: Darlene Glenn, and one sister in law: Judy Anderson
She is preceded in death by the following siblings: Sharon Ruenger, Karen Darling, Travis G. Anderson, Lynn C. Anderson and Gregg V. Anderson.
Debbie grew up on the East side of Indianapolis, and attended Warren Central High School. She was a stay at home mother to her four wonderful children who she loved dearly. Debbie will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Debbie cherished the time spent with all of her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East Funeral Center, located at 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46229.
Her funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM. Chaplain Mike Mercer will officiate.
Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations in Debbie’s memory be made to Community Hospice.
