Bryan J. Alban, inhaling toxic vapors.
Ethan Stanfield, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.
Francisco Castillo, driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
Philip M. Powell III, public intoxication endangering life; public intoxication harassing, annoying.
Jessica Stephens, possession of paraphernalia (two counts).

Quintez Ramon Nashaun Adell, unlawful carrying of a handgun, possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.
