Pizza fundraiser Wednesday for animal rescue group

GREENFIELD – Partners in Animal Welfare Society will benefit from a dining event coming up. P.A.W.S. Hancock will have a fundraiser at Hometown Pizza, 1002 E. Main St., Greenfield, from 4-9 p.m. this Wednesday, Sept. 4. Twenty percent of all sales will go to P.A.W.S. in delivery, carry-out or dine-in. Orders can be placed by calling 317-462-5054. Electronics recycling event Sept. 18

GREENFIELD – Computers and electronics can be recycled in a drive-through event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 18.

Kemper Technology Consulting will host an e-waste recycling event at 320 E. Main St., Greenfield.

TVs and monitors are 20 per item; copy machines are $30 per item. Other items can be recycled for free, including cables, speakers, VCRs, microwaves, electrical equipment and more. Items not accepted include paint, tires, clothing and chemicals.

Paper quilling class open

GREENFIELD – Learn paper quilling at an adult craft night in September.

Greenfield Parks and Recreation Art Studio will host a class from 6-8 p.m. Sept. 20. Learn the art of paper quilling and craft a fall-themed project; all supplies are provided at a registration cost of $35. Visit parksingreenfield.com/adult-programs to register.
