Several pieces of construction and renovation will begin in McCordsville on Sept. 3.
Roads including CR 700W, Cardinal Drive, Spice Bush, Anchor Bend, Port Drive and South Railroad Street will be milled and resurfaced over the next several weeks. McCordsville plans to keep the roads open, but there will be lane restrictions throughout the process.
Old School Park will also begin renovations on Tuesday, with complete overhauls of the playground and basketball court planned as well as improvements to the shelter, restrooms, hardscaping and landscaping. The park’s monument will also be relocated and reconstructed.
