Community workshop coming up

GREENFIELD – A second public workshop for the city of Greenfield’s Comprehensive Plan is coming up this week.

The plan, a road map for the year 2045, contains the community’s vision for future development over the next 20 years. The workshop, the second of its kind, is set for 5-7:30 p.m. this Thursday, Aug. 29 at the Hancock County Public Library, 900 W. McKenzie Road, Greenfield. The meeting will build upon foundations laid at the first public workshop by reviewing the draft goals and future development patterns map; and brainstorming ideas on how to achieve the community’s vision and goals.
