McCordsville to host markets, car shows
MCCORDSVILLE – The town of McCordsville will host community events on Sundays this summer and fall.
Market in McCordsville and Cars & Coffee events are scheduled for July 14, Aug. 18, Sept. 15 and Oct. 6. The community’s first event was June 9.
Cars and Coffee events are from 9-11 a.m. at McCordsville Town Hall Community Park, 6280 W. 800N., McCordsville. The free community event accepts all vehicle makes, models and years. Parking is on the grass until the field is wet; free coffee and donuts are available.
The Market in McCordsville runs from noon to 3 p.m. on the same dates and also at Town Hall Community Park. Local crafters, artisans, farmers and home-based businesses are on site. Admission and parking are free.

Skin cancer screenings available
MCCORDSVILLE – Free skin cancer screenings are available 9-11 a.m. Saturday at McCordsville Wellness Center, 8505 N. Clearview Drive, McCordsville.

Taylor Swift ticket raffle supports GMSI
GREENFIELD – Greenfield Main Street Inc. is raffling two tickets to the Taylor Swift concert this fall in Indianapolis.
It’s $25 for each raffle ticket, with a limit of 10. Participants must be 18 to participate. A winner will be drawn Aug. 1.
The concert is Nov. 1 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
The raffle supports Greenfield Main Street Inc., a volunteer organization that strives to bring positive change to Greenfield’s downtown district for business owners and residents. A booth will also be available at Saturday’s Freedom Fest at Depot Street Park to learn more about Greenfield Main Street or to purchase raffle tickets.
