GREENFIELD – Hancock County’s residential real estate market continues to move quickly, according to updated statistics from F.C. Tucker Company.
In May in Hancock County, homes sold in 27 days on average, or 36% faster than this time last year. Available housing inventory decreased 17.3%. The average home sale price increased 1% to $336,688. Across the 16-county central Indiana region, the average home sale price increased 2.9% to $360,893.
