GREENFIELD
Geraldine Ann (Castle) Wilson, age 78, of Greenfield, passed away March 4, 2024, at Community Hospital North. She was born in Indianapolis on September 29, 1945, to Eugene and Vera (King) Castle. She graduated from Arsenal Tech High School in 1963. She married Winston Berry Wilson on June 14, 1963.
She worked for Warren Township &Greenfield Central as a school bus driver for 41 years. Geraldine was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also was an avid decorator and enjoyed caring for her home.
She is survived by her husband, Winston Berry Wilson; son, Barry (Becky) Wilson; daughter, Angi (Dan) Kennedy; four grandchildren, Zachary (Courtney) Kennedy, Abby (Phill) Dewing, Caleb (Bailey) Kennedy, and Payton Wilson; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary &Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A memorial service will take place at 3:00 p.m. following the visitation at the mortuary. Zachary Kennedy and Tommy Hensley will be officiating.
