INDIANAPOLIS – A Greenfield resident is serving as a legislative intern, analyzing bills and tracking data for senators at the Indiana Statehouse.
Rex Snow is an intern for the Indiana Senate Majority Caucus during the 2024 legislative session, said State Sen. Michael Crider, R-Greenfield.
Snow, a resident of Greenfield, is the son of Greg and Debbie Snow. Snow graduated from Mount Vernon High School and IUPUI with a degree in policy studies with a focus on public health.
“This internship provides college students and recent graduates a great opportunity for networking and professional growth, while also getting to serve their state,” Crider said in a press release. “I’m grateful for the 2024 intern class and look forward to watching them succeed in their future careers.”
As a legislative assistant intern, Snow tracks and analyzes bill data, provides constituent services, staffs Senate committee hearings and meetings, and conducts legislative policy research.
“I am excited to have the opportunity to assist the Senate in serving Hoosiers,” Snow said.
Senate Majority interns work through the duration of the legislative session, which is scheduled to end by March 14.
