Fireworks will launch from The Depot restaurant on New Years Eve.
GREENFIELD – A free firework show is set for New Years Eve in downtown Greenfield.
Fireworks will be shot off from the roof of The Depot restaurant, 240 W. Mill St., Greenfield. The event is from 9 p.m. to midnight Dec. 31. Plan to arrive at Depot Street Park early to get a parking spot in time for the countdown to midnight. Holiday lights at the park will still be on. The event will feature a live DJ, drinks available for purchase and pictures will be taken by a photo bus. Participants are encouraged to bring their own crazy hats or glasses and noisemakers and dress for the weather; the event will happen snow, rain or good weather.
The New Year’s Eve Firework Countdown and Show is sponsored by Hancock County Tourism and Visitor Center along with the collaboration of The Depot and the City of Greenfield.
