McCORDSVILLE — Hampton Walk, a new community coming to McCordsville, will feature what Fischer Homes is calling their exciting new luxury townhome collection.

Fischer Homes said in a recent press release that The Townes at Hampton Walk is a new section of the master-planned community, and prices for the homes will start at $389,990.

Sean Sullivan, Market President for Fischer Homes Indianapolis Division, said that buyers in the area “won’t find anything else like it.”

Hampton Walk will offer multiple types of homes with just a 40-minute drive from downtown and within walking distance of the currently under construction McCord Square. Fischer Homes said that the community will also include 78 Designer homes, 58 Maple Street Homes, 42 Paired Patio homes, 22 Patio homes and 16 Masterpiece homes.

The press release said that The Townes at Hampton Walk will offer the Tustin floor plan. That will feature three levels of living with outdoor spaces and personalization options. According to the press release, upgrades can include luxury vinyl plank, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom tile backsplash and expanded ceiling lights.

“This is a rare opportunity to live in a vibrant, new community at a fantastic price point for a luxury townhome with outstanding levels of finishes and a low-maintenance, walkable lifestyle,” Sullivan said.

These townhomes will also have up to 2,000 square feet of living space with up to four bedrooms and bathrooms. A rear entry two-car garage will be included with the townhomes and a finished recreation room.

Amenities in the community will include a swimming pool, cabana, playground and park, fountains, walking paths and a gazebo.

“Hampton Walk is a community featuring a variety of housing options, walking trails, open space and other attractive amenities, all within walking distance of the exciting McCord Square,” said Michael Kady, President of Grand Communities, LLC.

Hampton Walk is located within Mt. Vernon Community School District and will sit across the street from McCordsville Elementary. Down the road will be McCord Square, the $50 million mixed-use development that will feature commercial and retail space, apartments, public spaces, an amphitheater and the McCordsville Town Hall in the future.
