Sweatshirt collection drive this month

GREENFIELD – A local mortuary is collecting hoodies and sweatshirts to give to the homeless.

Hoodies for the Homeless Collection Drive is taking place this month at Erlewein Mortuary and Crematory, 1484 W. U.S. 40, Greenfield. Bring new and used sweatshirts to the office now through Oct. 31 to be given to a Hancock County homeless resident.

Car wash fundraiser for food pantry

MCCORDSVILLE – A local food pantry is hosting a fundraiser through Crew Car Wash this month.

The McCordsville United Methodist Church Food Pantry will receive a portion of car wash sales to support the pantry now through Oct. 31. Humane society partners with cat cafe

FISHERS – Cats from the Hancock County Humane Society have found a temporary new home.
