The Eastern Hancock Athletic Boosters will be recognizing the accomplishments of two football teams on the anniversary of their sectional championships.
The 1983 football team will be recognized for the 40th anniversary of their sectional championship. The 2003 team will be recognized for the 20th anniversary of their sectional championship.
The teams will be recognized prior to the September 29 varsity football game against Monroe Central. The recognition will take place at 6:45 p.m. These recognitions are part of an effort by the Athletic Booster Club to begin recognizing past sectional champions on the 10-year anniversaries of their championships.
