GREENFIELD
Jo Ann “Jo” Kleindorfer, age 93, of Greenfield, passed away on Friday, August 25, 2023. She was born in Shelbyville on November 11, 1929, to Walter and Ina (Winton) Drake. She graduated from Indianapolis Arsenal Tech High School.
Mrs. Kleindorfer worked as an Insurance Secretary in Indianapolis. She was a member of Brandywine Community Church. Jo was a strong woman of faith and enjoyed ministering to others. She taught Bible study groups at her home and at Springhurst Health Campus in Greenfield. She also enjoyed gardening, working in the yard, music, and singing.
Jo is survived by her son, Mike (Connie) Reder; daughter, Nancy (Chris) Snyder; stepson, Mark (Susan) Kleindorfer; stepson-in-law, Don (Debb) Erwin; 8 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents; first husband, Earl Reder; second husband, Donald Kleindorfer; son, David Reder; sister, Helena Miller; and stepdaughter, Susie Erwin.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Erlewein Mortuary &Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Matt Wickham will be officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
