Free rock show Saturday in downtown Greenfield
GREENFIELD – A tribute to ‘70s and ‘80s rock will take the state Saturday, July 22 in downtown Greenfield’s Depot Street Park.
That Arena Rock Show will perform at 8 p.m., while opening act Dawg Daze begins at 6 p.m. The concert is free; bring a lawn chair or blanket to 251 Depot St., Greenfield.
Party cover band performs Saturday in New Pal
NEW PALESTINE – Project 19 performs this Saturday, July 22 in New Palestine as part of the Music on Depot series.
The free concert with “the party cover band” begins at 7 p.m. at 11 E. Main St., New Palestine. Food and a beer and wine garden begins on site at 6 p.m.
Graphic novel benefit event coming up
GREENFIELD – A graphic novel sale will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. this Saturday, July 22 in Greenfield.
The Friends of the Library will host the sale in the central library, 900 W. McKenzie Road, Greenfield. The event is for all ages with discounts on gently used graphic novels, manga and comics. Proceeds benefit Friends of the Library, which supports programs for children and adults at the HCPL.
Art fair scheduled for July 29
GREENFIELD – The annual Pennsy Trail Art Fair and Music Festival is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 29 in downtown Greenfield.
The event, a fundraiser for Mental Health Partners of Hancock County, takes place in on the courthouse plaza and American Legion Place, Live entertainment includes Highway 234, Redux Band, Occasional Blues Band and Cavalear Band.
