Kennard
Carmelle L. Jordan, 68, of Kennard, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at Henry Community Health. She was born on January 12, 1955 in New Castle to the late Hugh and Charlotte (Hall) McGinnis.
Carmelle was formerly employed as a CNA and worked at Miller’s Merry Manor and Stonebrooke Rehab Center. She enjoyed sewing, cooking and making doll houses.
Carmelle leaves cherished memories with her 3 sons, Max Jordan, III of Kennard, Arron Jordan of Kennard and Jon-Luke (Leatris) Jordan of Clarksville, Tennessee; grandchildren, Dean, Grace, Ruth and Theodore Jordan; sisters, Darlene (Gerald) Darling of Knightstown and Catherine (Phillip) Roth of Battle Creek, Michigan; nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents Carmelle is preceded in death by her husband, Max in 2019 and a brother, Roy McGinnis.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 7, 2023 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Pastor Mark Herbkersman officiating.
