FORTVILLE
Kittredge M. Arnold, 79, of Fortville, passed away Monday, June 19, 2023, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born March 2, 1944, to Jack and Juanita (Gahimer) Arnold. Kit was a self-employed carpenter and was Chief of the Fortville Volunteer Fire Department for over 40 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran having served in the Vietnam War. Kit enjoyed antique tractors.
Kit is survived by his wife Jo A. (Kaga) Arnold; children: Craig M. (Suzanne) Arnold and Brad (Brooke) Arnold; grandchildren: Mychel, Tyler, Jack, Wyatt, Wes and Raylan; siblings Lochia (David) Farrar, Lora Kay (Ronnie) Wedgeworth and Don (Debbie) Arnold as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
