GREENFIELD – There will be multiple lane closures and restrictions on Jaycie Phelps Road from U.S. 40 to McKenzie Road starting Monday, Sept. 19. The restrictions will change daily due to the nature of the work and will last around 30 days, announced Tyler Rankins, street commissioner for the city of Greenfield. The department will strive to have the street open both directions each night between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m. Message boards will be displayed for motorists and changes will be updated on the city’s social media pages.
