GREENFIELD
Ronald E. Arnett, age 83, of Greenfield, passed away Monday, August 29, 2022 at Hancock Regional Hospital. Born in Sullivan County, Indiana on June 8, 1939, he was the son of Ina Mae (Riddle) and William Arnett. Ronald married Dorothy (Ortel) on April 10, 1959. For many years, he worked at Delco Remy and retired after 33 years of service. He enjoyed spending his free time mowing and landscaping.
Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy Arnett; children, Richard Arnett (Irene) and Vanita O’Neill; grandchildren, Amanda Galbraith (Sam), Samantha Hoopingarner (Ryan), David O’Neill, and Gabrielle O’Neill; and great-grandchildren, Noah Hoopingarner, Carter Hoopingarner, Maryn Galbraith, and Gentry Galbraith. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Michael D. Arnett; sister, Wilma Riddle; and nephew, Dean Riddle.
