GREENFIELD
Katelyn Rae Edwards, age 28, of Greenfield passed away on July 1, 2022. She was born in Indianapolis on January 3, 1994 to Raena P. (Priest) and Richard A. Edwards. She was a 2012 graduate from Greenfield-Central High School. She was a 10-year member of 4H where she was most active with the Llama Club. Katelyn loved animals and Disney and enjoyed coloring. She loved spending time with her friends and family, especially her brothers and daughter.
Katelyn is survived by her parents, Raena and Richard; daughter, Vivian; brothers, Bryce Filson (Sarah) and Braydon Edwards (Breanna); grandmother, Grace Mary Edwards; grandfather, Jim Priest; and nephews and niece, Noah, Noel, and Nolan. She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Ryan Butler; grandmother, Bonnie Priest; and grandfather, Gene Edwards.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 8, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary &Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held at the mortuary on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. with viewing 1 hour prior to the service.
