GREENFIELD
Patricia “Patty” J (Faut) Grinstead, 72, Greenfield, IN passed away April 13, 2022 in Greenfield, IN. She was born on January 17, 1950 in Indianapolis, IN.
Survivors include husband, Jace Grinstead; daughters, Tammy (Jeff) Brown and Tonya (Mike) Wood; sisters, Darleen Gentry and Rita (John) Spreen; brother in-law, Glendon “Pedad” (Pat) Grinstead; sisters in-law, Connie (Barry) Wadley, Darlene (Harold) Miller and JoEllen (Kim) Ward; grandchildren, Tyler Wood, Austin Wood, Emily (Nolan) Brightman, Nick and Terra Brown; great grandchildren, Palmer and Baker Brightman; cousins, John &Connie Kottlowski; several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by mother, Lois Faut; father, Roy Faut.
Prior to her retirement, Patty worked a variety of places including Greenfield Parks Dept., Daily Oil and most recently as the director of Meals on Wheels Hancock County. She was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Police. Patty had a love of reading, puzzles, Florida sunshine, penny slots and a special place in her heart for her grand kids and great grand kids.
Visitation will be Monday, April 18, 2022 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm with a funeral service at 7:00pm at Bell Mortuary &Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 W US HWY 52, Fountaintown, IN 46130. Officiating the service will be Pastor Josh Hahn. Graveside services will be held April 19, 2022 at 11:00am at New Palestine Cemetery.
