McCORDSVILLE — Officials are asking the community to help them prioritize how to use funds the town received from the American Rescue Plan Act.
A survey can be accessed at surveymonkey.com/r/DP7KH58.
Broadly, eligible uses of the funds are replacing government service revenue lost due to the COVID-19 pandemic; assistance to small businesses, households and hard-hit industries impacted by the pandemic; pay for essential workers; and investments in water, sewer and broadband infrastructure.
McCordsville has about $1.56 million at its disposal, part of a package of more than $24 million that is going to government entities and school districts in the county.
