Ava Antic is the recipient of the 2021 Hancock County Master Gardener Scholarship. She is pictured with Master Gardener Barbara Johnson. A 2021 graduate of Greenfield-Central High School, Antic will use her $1,000 scholarship toward her study of agronomy at Purdue University.
Hancock County Master Gardener Association’s mission is to educate, encourage, and support residents of Hancock County in the growth and care of plants. Part of this mission is supporting college students planning to enter related fields such as horticulture, agriculture, and agronomy.
