Former Greenfield-Central High School basketball standouts Madison Wise and Katie Helgason are teaming up again.
Wise, a 2017 Indiana All-Star, and Helgason are conducting a basketball skills camp on Saturday, Oct. 2, inside the Greenfield-Central High School fieldhouse.
The camp is open to all girls currently enrolled in kindergarten through 12th grade. The cost per participant is $40 and includes a camp t-shirt and a snack.
Half of all proceeds will be donated to Greenfield-Central’s special needs classrooms.
The camp will run in two sessions with players in kindergarten through fifth grade participating from 3-5 p.m. Campers in sixth through 12th grade will be instructed from 5:15-7:15 p.m.
Wise continued her basketball career at Iowa State after graduating from Greenfield-Central and is currently a member of the IUPUI women’s basketball program. Helgason continued her basketball career at Ball State University.
