Gardeners can buy more blooms for their flowerbeds from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday during this year’s daylily sale put on by the Hancock County Purdue Extension Master Gardeners. The sale takes place at the lily garden at the county Extension Office, 802 N. Apple St., Greenfield. The flowers are available in various colors and varieties for $3.50 a fan, payable by cash, check or credit/debit card. Master Gardeners will be available to answer questions and dig buyers’ choice of fans. Masks are not required for fully vaccinated persons. Funds from the sales will support a scholarship program for students who are majoring in an agriculture- or horticulture-related field. Information: hancockmga.com/public-activities
