CUMBERLAND — The town of Cumberland, in partnership with a $5,000 IGNITE! Grant from the Hancock County Community Foundation, will spruce up the Pennsy Trail trailhead at Mt. Comfort Road.
The project will include a shaded seating area, two benches and concrete work. It is expected to be completed in spring 2021.
