Joseph J. Holden, operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangering a person, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, failure to obey signs and markings while driving a vehicle.
Jasmine M. Spaulding, unlawful possession of syringe, possession of methamphetamine, operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangering a person.
Jennifer N. Taylor, auto theft, unlawful possession of syringe, possession of paraphernalia.
James A. Sachs, failure to register as a sex or violent offender.
Nov. 24
Frances D. Brown, driving while suspended.
Andrew Brissart, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, leaving the scene of an accident with bodily injury, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Daquoya A. Washington, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Joseph D. Hacker, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia.
