McCORDSVILLE — Mt. Vernon Community Schools are seeking donations for its food drive.
Donations will be accepted at McCordsville Town Hall, 6280 W. County Road 800N, McCordsville, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Friday, Oct. 9.
Most-needed items include canned meat (tuna, chicken); canned vegetables; canned fruit; peanut butter; jelly; cereal; macaroni and cheese; and soup, canned pasta or stews.
Donations will benefit Fortville Christian Church, Vineyard Community Church, Main Street Pantry and Angel Connection.
