GREENFIELD
Evelyn Louise Braun, born October 4, 1926, passed away on August 14, 2020. She was born in Beech Grove, Indiana to the late David and Gertrude Smock. Evelyn was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt who will be greatly missed by all.
She leaves behind daughters; Linda Braun of Greenfield and Laura (Doug) Andis of San Antonio, Texas. Her brother Gordon (Donita) Smock and her grandchildren, Lawrence (Jamie) Rico, Timothy (Sharon) Rico, Christopher (Heather) Andis and Kevin (Lucero).
Great-grandchildren; Fantasia McClure, Caitlin and Benjamin Andis, Debbie, Victoria and Eric Rico.
She was preceded in death by her parents listed above; her husband Raymond Braun, daughter Rebecca Hough, grandson Anthony Rico, sisters; Barbara Couch, Laura Mock and Margaret Porter. Brothers, Theodore Smock, Kenneth Gene Smock, Edward Smock, George Smock, Evertte Smock, Frank Smock and David Smock.
Many will remember her working at McDonalds for over 20 years. She retired from RCA after 30 years and was a member of Greenfield Christian Church. Visitation will be Friday August 28, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with service at 11 a.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 W. Main St. Greenfield, Indiana 46140.
