FORTVILLE — The #FabFortville Fireworks and Food Truck Festival is 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22 at Fortville Church of the Nazarene, 701 S. Maple St.
The event will feature more than 20 food vendors, a special Saturday edition of the farmers market and a fireworks display.
The event takes the place of the #FabFortville Festival & Fireworks, which was originally scheduled for July 11 in Landmark Park, but had to be postponed due to weather.
Holding the festival on the church’s campus will allow for better social distancing, according to the Fortville/McCordsville Chamber of Commerce, which organized the event. Vendors will follow sanitation procedures. The property has a large field from which attendees can enjoy the fireworks display.
