Dyana Cousins shared this photo of her son, Brett Ward. He is a heavy-haul trucker in Alaska. His wife, Jesse, is a copilot driver. “Their work takes them to Deadhorse, Prudhoe Bay, Arctic Circle and other areas, just like the show ‘Ice Road Truckers,’” she writes. “The equipment helps with the pipeline. The temperature was minus 30 and wind chill was minus 60 when this picture was taken. They have days when it is a lot colder.”
